How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $9.99 CAD in Canada, $9.99 USD in the United States, 189 MXN in Mexico and R$54.90 in Brazil. It's free on orders over $100 CAD, $75 USD, 1,000 MXN or R$400.
How do you decide what makes it into the shop?
Every product goes through our six-cat panel before it's ever listed. If it doesn't hold up to a week of real use by all six, it doesn't make the cut. More products fail this test than pass it.
Do you test everything yourselves before selling it?
Yes. We don't list anything sight-unseen. If we wouldn't trust it in our own home, it doesn't go in the shop.
