Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. Some large items, such as cat trees, scratching posts, and a few accessories, ship to Canada and the United States only. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, it will not be available at checkout.


Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be located outside your country. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Canada: typically 1 to 2 weeks
  • United States: typically 1 to 2 weeks. Large items such as cat trees and scratching posts can take 3 to 5 weeks.
  • Mexico: typically 2 to 3 weeks, occasionally up to 7 weeks due to customs processing
  • Brazil: typically 3 to 8 weeks, depending on customs processing

These are estimates, not guarantees. If an order contains several products, it may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping costs

  • Canada: $12 CAD, free on orders of $100 CAD or more
  • United States: $17 CAD
  • Mexico: $24 CAD
  • Brazil: $29 CAD

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. We offer one standard shipping speed.


Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while your parcel travels to your country.


Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will let you know by email with a new estimated date, and you may cancel for a full refund. If your order is late or tracking stops updating, the steps in our Refund Policy apply.


Import duties and taxes

Because orders may ship from outside your country, your customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. Unless checkout shows that these charges are included, they are not part of our prices and are paid by the customer. Rules and thresholds vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority. If you refuse a package because of these charges, see our Refund Policy.


Shipping address

Please double check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away through our Contact page and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
