Shipping rates
Canada: $9.99 CAD, free on orders of $100 CAD or more
United States: $9.99 USD, free on orders of $75 USD or more
Mexico: 189 MXN, free on orders of 1,000 MXN or more
Brazil: R$54.90, free on orders of R$400 or more
A few oversized items, like our cat trees and tall scratching posts, ship to Canada and the United States only.
Delivery times
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days before your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and product:
Canada and US: typically 1 to 2 weeks
Mexico and Brazil: typically 3 to 8 weeks, due to longer transit and customs processing
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order is taking longer than the estimate, reach out to us any time. We're happy to check on it.
Returns and Exchanges
Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order (damaged, wrong item, or not as described) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Change of mind returns are handled case by case. Message us before sending anything back.
